Victoria Kayaga Kiggundu is a passionate and impact-driven leader, dedicated to making a tangible difference through Rotary’s seven areas of focus. As President-elect for 2025/26 of the Rotary Club of Kampala Early Bird, she envisions leading a vibrant, engaged club committed to serving the community and inspiring meaningful change.

Having returned to Rotary in 2021, Victoria has embraced multiple leadership roles, including Treasurer, Family of Rotary Director, District Opening and Welcome Ceremony lead, and Vice President. A graduate of both the undergraduate and graduate classes at the Rotary Leadership Institute, she values continuous learning and connection within the Rotary family. With a heart for giving, she remains a dedicated supporter of The Rotary Foundation.

Victoria is grateful to be part of a collective of like-minded presidents working together to amplify impact. She is eager to inspire her club to grow in membership, deepen its culture of giving, and continue being the ‘Early Black Bird’ that catches the worm — symbolizing hope, opportunity, and service. Her leadership is anchored in her belief that Rotary is not just an organization but a way of life, one that thrives in her home and radiates out into the world.
