James Joloba is a committed Rotarian, currently serving as Club Secretary and Vice President of the Rotary Club of Kira for the 2024-2025 Rotary year. As President-elect for 2025/26, he envisions strengthening partnerships and collaborations to implement impactful community projects, enhance membership engagement, foster teamwork, and advance initiatives aligned with Rotary’s seven areas of focus.

Since joining Rotary in 2020, James has held key leadership roles, including Service Projects Chair and Foundation Chair, where he championed service efforts and promoted a culture of giving. A graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute and a consistent supporter as a Sustaining Member, EREY contributor, and Paul Harris Society member, James is dedicated to advancing the club’s mission of creating lasting change through business empowerment, leadership development, and international service.

With a heart for service and a vision for growth, James continues to inspire fellow Rotarians to lead with purpose and amplify their impact on the community and beyond.
